hip high cpu help

hip for some reason is racing my cpu through the roof....... it was working fine for over 4 months or so now, but now hip is hogging the cpu and gbpvr can't barely function like that, the only way I can use gbpvr now is shutting off hip and only use the mouse im using hip ver #3.0.28

i have used hip for a few years and its never been a problem
maybe just try reinstalling it

ok, well I uninstalled hip completely and reinstalled it then in the main setup wizard for input device when I select change input device and select usb-uirt interface (hipuirt.dll) instantly it raced my cpu 100% and stays there........

it is the .dll that came with hip and I tried to download the .dll but it all does the same thing......??
