99.05 - Advisor Skin (Bullets) - High CPU Useage

I installed the Advisor Skin package early today. Along with the Bullets skin.

Then, I just upgraded to 99.05 and the cpu useage of gbpvr.exe is about 80%. So I went back to the "Blue" skin, and now the CPU useage is ok.

Is there anything about Bullets that would cause this?

It is the News news ticker that consumes all CPU power.
Delete the new.xml file in the skins /panels dir or....
upgrade to new Basic skin with new Bullets theme.
