Multiple Tuners (Cable and HD-PVR) and EPG (Schedule Direct)

Hi,

I am from Canada and have a Schedule Direct EPG account. I have ordinary cable available from a HVR-1800 and Set Top box feed available from my HD-PVR. My HD-PVR EPG uses the Schedule Direct account but since I only have one account, is it possible to setup my cable capture source to get the EPG from Schedule Direct also. Would GB-PVR be able to see which listing is for which tuner?

On the schedules direct web site you can add multiple lineups to your account.

When you enter the username/password in the config app's schedules direct screen, you can add a semi-colon and lineup code to force it to only use a specific lineup. You can see the lineup code in the url when you're editing the lineup on the schedules direct website. For example:

jimbob;CA61222:-

I still have one question though. How will GB-PVR deal with duplicate name and channel numbers?

Will I see two capture source in my EPG listing?

If a channel has the exact same name from schedules direct on two capture sources, then it'll be treated as another source for the same channel, and only listed once in the TV Guide.

BTW if I select all the channels in capture source and click remove, only one is remove, doesn't seems to like the multi selection.

Yep, correct. The remove button one works on a single channel.

You can delete multiple channels at one time in the next release.

This is what I see in the URl

Do I need just this :67211 ?
I added a new QAM lineup and got no show info on the old channel's

Its been a very long time since I looked at it, but I'm pretty sure the lineup code is "PC:67211".
