GBPvr v1.2.13
Tuners - Cinergy 2400i Dual Tuner
Tuners work with Terratec Home Cinema and VMC

I am looking to move from VMC to GBPvr and installed software and started to configure tuner.

Terratec Cinergy 2400i DT #1 DVB-T and Terratec Cinergy 2400i DT #2 DVB-T both detected OK
Set up both device as #1, set transmitter as UK Crystal Palace

Run Map Digital channels to EPG channels and after initialisation, and scanning with zero signal, reported "No channels found. Please check your signal and configuration settings"

Repeated with different Terratec BDA drivers
Driver 284 - No channels
Driver 283a - No channels
Driver 260 - No channels
Driver 255 - Channels found but reported error before finishing
Channels found on 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 but on 6 error message
".NET Framework
Unhandled exception has occurred in your application ...
Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt"
Then another error message
"GB-PVR Configuration error - has encountered a problem and needs to close"
and closed

Reloaded and repeated scan with same error.

Please advice on configuring GBPvr with the Cinergy 2400iDT dual tuner.

Which version of the drivers were you using for those logs? I sounds like its only worth try version 255. Also make sure you have applied the patches from the survival guide thread.

Many thanks.
I have tried all the drivers listed (255, 260,283 and 284). Only the oldest 255 worked.

I have applied the GBPVRTSMon patch and with the driver 255, the scan now completes OK on both Tuners. So that is a good result.

I would like to use a more recent driver, particularly as driver 283 fixed the S3 and S4 problems which I had found stopped the tuner working after a wake-up with earlier drivers.

Driver 283 still does not find any channels with this patch applied.

Are there any other patches I can apply to enable the later 283 and/or 284 drivers to work?

GB-PVR just treats all devices the same, and works well with the vast majority of them. There must be something quirky about these Cinergy drivers that doesnt like something about the way GB-PVR does its thing. I've no idea what that might be though - sorry.
