Except for having the TiVo name and look and feel it really is just a basic PC PVR made by Nero. Last year ReplayTV was available for the PC too and that seems to have been a failure. The PC marked is tough to crack, but I bet these compete more with VMC then GBPVR or SageTV.

It looks like it suffers from the same problem as TiVo too no QAM support.
