I had a lot of recordings on automatic where the padding was wrong -- so I deleted them all.

Now I can't re-create them. When I try, it tells me that the recordings failed. I can see them when I choose "deleted" under manage recordings, but don't know how to get rid of them to start over.

I don't want to nuke the database, as my tuners & XML EPG are a pain to setup again.

How can I get rid of these "phantom" deleted items so I can set them up again?

Thanks,
Dane

I dont know if this will help, but try running "pvrx2.exe -removehistory"

Hi Sub,

sorry, but no luck -- the entries are still there.

I get lovely errors on the web interface when I try to re-create the recurring recordings.

I will try an EPG purge and see what happens.

To be honest, I dont know what you're talking about. I dont understand where you're seeing them. Where exactly do you see them in the recordings screen?

Sounds like the EWA - I could never figure out what "deleted" recordings were and when they went. ISTR a "vacuum" assisted.

Hi Sub,

I've sent you access to EWA by private mail.

Regards,

Try using a tool like SQLiteSpy to execute the following SQL statement:

Code:
delete FROM "RECORDING_SCHEDULE" where status=6
