Opinions for a new graphics card?

Am I just dumb or summit, but how do I change the output from a PVR-350 to use my gfx cards tv-out?

are you using svideo out from the pvr-350?

just unplug the cable... and pop it into the svideo out of your grpahics card

make sure the power is off on the tv and computer!!!!!
i stuffed my video in and video out on my mx460 because it wasnt switched (damn piece of crap).
