sub....love the ability to record multiple shows from a single digital stream.

I mapped my SD channels today and Verizon has most of the major networks all on one channel which makes it convienient.

I noticed that the tray monitor could use a format change to space out what is recording on the tuner....the horizontal approach runs it off the side of the screen.....perhaps taking the vertical approach and having each recording listed on a separate line under the tuner would have better usability.

I was aware of this happening, but didnt have time to do anything about it. I'll fix it for 1.4.x

I haven't taken the digital plunge yet and I thought this was referring to some digital format used outside the US when I read it. I take it that they can put several channels wrapped up into one stream and if they do that then one card, such as the HVR-1600, could record several channels - even here in the US?
