Radio Times Film Ratings - strange issue

I'm not sure if this is an issue with TVListings2, xmltvgui, Radio Times or GBPVR, so thought best to post in the main support forum.

I use Radio Times as my epg source, and this gives me star ratings for films which show up in TVListings

I've noticed recently that I often don't get any star ratings for films. Sometimes they're there, sometimes they're not. Looking through my epg today I've noticed that I get no ratings on Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays, but I get ratings on all other days of the week. I can't say for sure that this pattern has been the same all the time i've had a problem, but it holds true for the 14 days I currently have listings for, and for films I recorded last week.

This has me baffled.
Is anyone else experiencing anything similar, or does anyone have any idea what's going wrong?

I download my radio times epg using Alan Birtles xmltvgui application and use TV listings2 and I am not seeing this problem.

In Blue skin I see ratings in the format (1/5) when selecting a movie.
Using community skin 3, I get a star rating at the bottom of the screen when I navigate to a movie.

Using the web interface to search for genre=films, 99% of the movies have a rating.

Are the ratings present in the xml file? (that should narrow it down a bit)

I too use the Radio Times site as my xmltv source and use XMLTV GUI as the grabber but I don't use TVListings2.

Looking at data.xml file with Wordpad I searched for <star-rating> and found "Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron" (Sun 21st 11am BBC1). The native pvrx2 TV Guide shows "Film (2/5)" in the details popup.

Looking in my epg xml file I can confirm that I'm getting no rating info on the days in question - which shows that the problem is not GBPVR or TVlistings.

I looked at the listings on the Radio Times website earlier today, and the films shown there had star ratings, but when I looked at the same films in my program guide the ratings weren't there.

Presumably the data used on the RT website is the same as the data we can download, so it looks like something is going wrong with my epg download, but I'm not using any special settings or postprocessing.

I'll try updating to the latest version of XMLTVGUI.
