Only I don´t understand the difference between (for example): Das Erste, Das Erste (Audio#2), Das Erste (Audio#2)(AC3).

These different versions of the channel are just the same video with different video streams. For historic reasons, the application treats them as separate channels.

I'm a newbie at forums and things like this. I tried to install gbpvr on my dad's and no way of doing it. I read this topic as my dad's is also a medion with the creatix 7131 inside but I cannot find the file bda.ini and I don't know how to make that filtercheck... What should I do?

bda.ini is in the 'c:\program files\devnz\gbpvr' directory. So is filtercheck.exe.
