IPod Touch & GBPVR

I am looking at getting an Ipod Touch (recieved a gift card from work). I have seen a few posts here about people using one with GBPVR and had a few questions:

1. Do you use the EWA for streaming videos or do you have a different application installed to allow access to GBPVR recordings?
2. Any difficulties setting anything up?
3. Is the video quality OK? I often use a laptop as a GBPVR client over wireless connection and the quality is the same as watching it on the GBPVR server.

I also have a two more questions not related to GBPVR:

1. 16GB or 32GB?
2. Any "must have" apps?

I use an iPhone as a remote/keyboard/mouse but I don't do any streaming with it. To do this, you need Intelliremote. It's $24 for the PC server software and the iPhone client is free from the App Store.
