Anysee E30C plus built-in card reader

I wonder whether the card reader which is built-in Anysee E30C plus DVB-C usb card can be used together with multidec plugin in GBPVR to record Conax encrypted channels using a valid subscription card. As I read in various forums this device is without internal hardware CAM, so software CAM has to be used.

What would be other not too expensive alternative which is USB based, decrypt Conax and works with GBPVR?

I'm not sure what softcams would be able utilise the on board reader. Most softcams required a Phoenix/Smartmouse reader. If the reader on this device emulates a standard Phoenix/Smartmouse reader, then it might be usable.
