Hi - I've just set up GB-PVR for use with my AVerMedia A177 on Vista.
I'm having a problem that when I go to watch live tv I get the message, "No Signal detected. Please ensure that he antenna cable is connected or that the antenna signal is strong enough."

I don't understand why I get this message as I can see all the channels I have enabled in the preview of the channel mapping window.

I have been having problems with AC3 audio channels, but I believe this is a codec problem and none of those have been enabled.
I also have a problem where when I first click on 'Live TV' it takes me to a black screen, then back to the menu, and when I click on it for a 2nd time, it then brings up the "No Signal detected.." message with the EPG details beneath.

Not sure if either of these problems are related to why my signal isn't working when trying to view live tv, but it is when configuring channels.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Once you get this problem, can you press CH+/- to change channels? if so, does tv start playing?

I can press the CH+/- buttons, and it flips between the channels - the EPG changes with it.. but each channel still gives me the 'no signal detected' message, doesn't start playing.

Post the logs and I'll see if anything stands out.

Hrm.. was having more of a play with it today and it appears to be working. Not sure which fixed it - but I think I had the wrong video decoders set.

Only trouble I'm having now is that Channel 7 (digital) seems to be choppy at times, I guess this is just a signal thing though? It's the only channel like this (oh well, don't watch it much anyway! Wink). Thanks Smile
