Firefox malware warnings for every Google search result

Anyone know why this is and how to fix it? I tried a Google search
 but didn't find anything relevant.

Fixed. Uninstall, then reinstall. Although I would still be interested in why it happened.

I noticed this for a couple of hours today using Firefox. Tried later on though, was fine.
