I've searched the forums and found out how to combine epgs from the same grabber, but is there a way to combine them from different grabbers into one xmltv file? I'm using zap2it for a grabber now because it has Directv's listings, but it does not have many of the local non-network channels. When I used mc2xml, it had those channels but not Directv's so I'd like to try and combine those two. Any ideas? Thanks for your help.

If you need to, you can always set up multiple capture sources for the same device, each pointing to the epg they need for the channels that can be accessed. The app will know they're the same device and wont schedule recordings incorrectly.

Hi Sub, thanks for replying. If I understand correctly, I would set up mc2xml for my bda plugin and zap2it for my analog plugin. When I go to TV Guide in the application it will then show the channels from each plugin combined into one guide. How will the information get into one xmltv file?

Will I have to create another batch file for updating the second epg?

Thanks again.

Yes.

They wouldnt be. They would be source from two separate xml tv files, but presented as one set of combined channels in the app.

Thanks Sub. What a great intuitive program! Your suggestion worked beautifully and I am able to see all of the channels I need.
