I am completely lost

I just downloaded this program and I can't figure it out. I have media center 05, but I want a program that will let me view my Xbox in "real time". What I mean by this is I bought my Hauppauge 150MCE so I could watch tv on my system but also play my xbox or dreamcast on here. every program I have tried to use the composite input on the card with there is like a 5 second delay, how can I set up this program to view the composite input and hopefully not have this lag.

than why is there no lag in Windvr? all i need is the sound and I would be good to go in windvr. Any ideas how to do this?

cause WinDVR captures completely different to GBPVR. and you cant do what you are wanting to do in GBPVR. theres always going to be a delay.

Since I am using SVIDEO to composite out into my TV, I just plugged my GameCube and Dreamcast into my TV via coax, if I want to play video games, I just tune to channel 3, and since I have the audio from those two game systems still going to the IN of my soundcard, I still have awesome sound.

what about lag, is there any lag from when you press the controller to when you see the stuff happen on the screen and the audio react?
