Whats the best video card for Gbpvr ?

It's been awhile since I treated myself to a good 'ole fashioned upgrade, what I currently have are the Hauppauge PVR-350 And PVR-150MCE, I know these are older cards and they seem to do very well, but am I missing something great in any new technology ? Like when I set up these tuners, I noticed that I could only set them up as analog, I'm not sure if this has anything to do with the Digital tv upgrading, but whats the difference with analog cards and digital cards ?

If it's analog/QAM you want, you get my vote for the HVR2250. If it's just QAM, the HDHomerun is a winner.

is the HVR2250 designed for a single input for multiple tuners, I'm using multiple inputs, I have 2 amino cable receiver boxes, so I think I would need to have 2 pvr cards.
