I have had an issue with this since 1.2.13 when I started to use my sony mpeg card to act as a second capture source from my STB through S-Video for analog in case the HVR-1600 was busy. My current capture source setup looks like this:

#1 Record HVR-1600 Analog
#2 Record HVR-1600 QAM
#3 Sony Mpeg w/ STB
#2 Live HVR-1600 QAM
#1 Live HVR-1600 Anaog

Everything works fine, Live TV, Recording, but here is what is happening. Lets say I have the following channel changes:

If I am watching channel 306 (QAM)...channel down to 94 (this is only available with the Sony card w/ STB), Continue channel down to 74 (available on HVR-1600 as analog and on the sony from the STB) it stays on the sony w/ STB instead of going back to the beginning of the Live TV list (bottom up) which is the HVR-1600 analog.

Do I have something setup wrong, or is this normal behavior?

scratch that...
pretty sure it won't change cards when watching livetv unless it has to...[ch.not in current card's list]
[to facilitate quicker changes]

recording should work as expected tho..Smile

Ahh, I see, but in my case switching back to the first card would be better than waiting for the blaster sending 3 digits and waiting for the STB to change. I understand now.
