Hey there,

I think ive found an issue (and also the workaround) with MovieWiz.

There is a new setting on the settings2 tab that treats the play button as a toggle for pause.

What ive found (and maybe this is isloated) - is that when i play a DVD image (i.e. files in a VIDEO_TS directory) -with the play toggle option enabled - the movie starts paused.
I was scratching my head for ages and actually accidentally found that if i pushed pause it would then function as normal from that point on (would happen everytime i played for each DVD image - not just the first time).

Today i suddenly clicked as to that toggle setting and wondered if there was a link. So i turned off that toggle setting.

woah and behold the DVD image directories now play as they have in the past - without the need to hit pause to kick them off.

Not sure why this is the case - but its what ive discovered with my particular install anyway.

FYI - im running 1.0.27 (the lastest?) of MovieWiz.

Ok, I think the setting you are referring to is on the Misc tab of the GBPVR config program:

Treat 'Play' key as 'Play/Pause' key.

This is a function controlled by the GBPVR/PVRX2 code, so we'll have to have sub take a look to see if that logic changed recently.

If you try to play these files via Video Library or other means within GBPVR do you have the same experience?

Yes sorry - you are correct. Misc Tab and the Treat play as pause.

I will enable the video library plugin (didnt see point of having 2 ways of playing same files) and see if i get the same result.

Actually this is a "NEW" function sub included with the release of 1.4.7 so it wasn't there in previous versions.

Hi There,

I can confirm this issue also affects Video Library if the Play/Pause parameter is enabled.
