Ok discovered something new now. If i make the PVRX2 window small then tune to a SD QAM channel, its smooth and then if I make it big it still stays smooth. But if i Change to an HD channel then back to the SD Channel, the SD channel gets messed up again. Maybe this will help?

I'm trying to reproduce the issue with ffdshow but my wife has me doing chores too.

Just wanted to mention I solved my problems by switching to the MPV MPA decoders. Wow just amazing no problems with HD or SD and i feel like the overall performance is much better.
