you tried winlirc with those codes?
not sure how to translate those codes into something useful elsewhere..
there are pronto files available for this one [same as dct2244? or dct2000?]
tho they would have to be converted, they are the best bet as far as clean codes..
if you can get winlirc working, that would be easiest if you haven't already tried...
Hardware: HDHR Prime, HDPVR 1212, Raspberry pi2, VFD display w/LCDSmartie

Quote: I found a site that told me the hex codes for the exact remote I am using for my motorola dct2234. 0 0x0000
enter 0x8807
Those codes cannot be used for blasting with the MCE blaster.

Quote:Also On the site for LM REMOTE it wants me to log in but I cant find a button to sign up if you dont already have an acct. Will look again later today.
You don't have to log-in to download LM Remote KeyMap for testing learning ir codes and blasting them.

Stéphane.

I expect you must be in some sort of auto login because when I try to D/L the object I get forwarded to thie screen
http://www.lmgestion.net/FormsLogin.asp?...BPVR%2Ewsf
and it has no SIGN UP just Sign In
I appreciate your help but this is more trouble than it is worth I will just resell the MCE remote which I dont really like anyway and try to figutre out how to use two hauppauge remotes -- they are much better anyway.

Yes this is expected: right to the link you clicked it says that you need a donator account for this download.

Though you can go here to download LM Remote KeyMap.

Once you downloaded and installed LM RKM, you'll be able to learn your IR codes as described here.

You'll have to test the IR codes to see that all is working as it should. You have a "Test" button or a "Channel Change Options" button that allows you to test your IR codes and channel change.

If all is Ok then you can make a donation to receive the GBPVR channel change plugin.

I'm confused : you have issues with the blaster... but now you seems to have troubles with the remote...

Anyway: if I understand what you mean, two hauppauge remote receiver and blaster cannot work. This is by design. For instance if you have two PVR-150 captures card, only one IR port on the cards will work (the IR port being the little jack plug in the back of the card) and it is usually on the card which is close to the CPU.

Stéphane.
