Missing TV listings from EPG data

Hi

I am using DVB EPG Broadcast to update the EPG. Once the EPG update has completed I am missing TV listings for all channels. I have tried using Empty EPG and Update EPG twice - with no changes.

Using Hauppauge WinTV Nova T500 with GB-PVR 1.4.7 and no other plugins. I am able to view live TV fine. Logs attached from a EPG update. Anyone have any ideas how to resolve this?

Do an 'Update EPG' in the config app, then post the config.exe.log and config.exe-native.log and I'll take a look.

I set up a friends system last week and had a similar problem using mc2xml. We either got partial EPG's, or entire EPG's with "no program data". We then started "from scratch", deleting the EPG dat and xmltv file, as well as the capture source, then redoing everything. After that it populated OK.

If you're on Vista/Win7, try deleting the "C:\Users\<your account>\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\Devnz" directory.

Certainly turning off UAC - user account control - solved problems I was having with EPG updates in WIN7 (it is UAC that puts things in the virtual store).
Using an XMLTV EPG source (XMLTVGUI), it kept putting the new data file into the virtual store instead of where GBPVR expected to find it...
I am not sure of any downsides to having UAC turned off, but if you don't have multiple users using their own login and settings, there seems no need for it.

I'm using XP SP3 - what is the path to the user data on XP. I tried searching for Devnz folder on the whole of my hard drive - but there were no results except for D:\Program Files\Devnz

The extra copy wont exist on XP, and wont be the source of the problem.

Fixed - thanks for everyones help. I deleted and added my capture source, mapped the channels to EPG channels and everything worked. Thanks
