Live TV won't work

When I try to start Live TV, the screen goes black momentarily then returns to the main menu.

I have no EPG data. Is watching Live TV dependent upon having EPG data?

In this particular log, the app was unable to talk to the recording service, either because it wasnt running, or you've got some firewall/antivirus software that was getting in the way of the communication:

Thanks sub. I don't have anti-virus and I've got the windows firewall turned off already. I don't know what was interfering with the call to the windows service, but i rebooted and now it works. Hmm. Thanks for you attention.
