What are the dafults for each Quality Setting?

Can someone tell me what the bitrate, bitrate peak and CB or VB settings are for High, Medium, Low, Custom1, Custom2 and LiveTV?

I screwed around so much with the settings that I forget the defaults.

I have been trying to fool around with them because I notice that I am getting slightly less quality (more blockiness) with GBPVR than I used to get with SAGETV.

Now I just want to go back to basics, without reinstalling.

I can, I actually put them in a spreadsheet to compare to what Hauppauge has set and so I'd have a reference.

Here is GBPVR settings:

bit bit max res sample bit rate
H VBR 5500 9000 720x480 48khz 224
M VBR 3500 7200 720x480 48khz 224
L VBR 2500 4200 720x480 48khz 224
TV CBR 5000 720x480 48khz 224

I changed my medium (default) to 6500/8000.

Hey John, thanks. Do you like your 6500/8000 setting? I used to have SAGE which had a constant 6000 and I loved the recordings. Now, with GBPVR, I am having a hard time getting the same quality.
