Win 7 (64) Not updating registry

I'm setting up a new PC Win 7 64 bit Professional. I have GBPVR working but have a few issues with some utiltiies/plugins. In researching one problem I see that there was not any registry entries in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Devnz as a matter of fact the key is not there at all from the install. Is it needed, should I add it maually or is there any advice to reinstalling differently.

It won't be there on x64 since GBPVR is a 32 bit program. Check the following:

Thanks it's there. UltraXMLTV_post must be looking in the wrong place for Win 7.
