Sorry, I dont know then. I also wrote the WinTV7 software, and I'm not aware of any significant differences in the way general way they work. Nothing that would account for this.
micah Wrote:The only problem I get with WinTV7 is that the playback seems to shrink the screen size, not its not a lot and not a big deal.
The usual cause of that, and can happen in GB-PVR too, is with nvidia cards with hardware acceleration enabled with VMR renderer (might also effect EVR, but not sure). This is caused by a long standing nvidia driver bug. It affects lots of applications.
I have ATI Radeon 4200 HD integraded video, but I think the problem is actually with the TV station, they give a little extra space for different resolution TVs, but WinTV and sometimes GBPRV wants to show it all, so it shrinks everything.

I assumed you were talking about some major shrinkage. If you're only talking about small borders to the picture, then yes it could be contained in the broadcasts.
Quote:Here are the logs.
What was the name of the recording that didnt stop, and what time was due to start and finish?
The logs show House recording from 5:59pm to 7:02pm. It looks like it stopped correctly. Later it was watching or recording live tv? (maybe two and half men?)
BTW, do you have live preview mode enabled in the config app? It should be enabled.
"Use Live Preview Mode When Possible" is checked.
when I went and checked the recording, it showed that it had only recorded house and did not show two and a half men, but the icon in the task tray showed it had kept recording.
