MediaMVP Server Problem

For some reason media sever from gbpvr will not connect.

This nearly always seems to be a firewall problem.

Incidently, Windows Update a few days ago seemed to have enabled the Windows Firewall on my XP installation even though I run a separate firewall application. This may be related?
