PVR150MCE: Ever had one go bad?

I have had some major recording issues all from one tuner. I removed the tuner from the capture sources and all issues went away.

When I get a chance I'm going to pull it and test it in another system with a different feed.

Just curious if anyone else had experienced this?

I bought two of them 1 1/2 years ago, one of them died after a few months, the other one is still going strong.

Mind if I ask what it did? Did it just quit working or did it give you some crap recordings?

It just died, one morning I found that all the recordings that was supposed to be captured via that card had failed, and when I started looking into things I found that the card was not recponding at all.
