Channels Missing. Manual add possible?

Hi guys,
Looks like I've got GBPVR working without crashing although there are some channels missing. They are the main free-to-air channels in Australia and are the channels I would use most of the time.

I have used the same Antenna in the same position with my TV and have picked up the channels, although sometimes the antenna position needs a little tweaking to get the signal to come through strong.

Is it possible to add the channels manually by frequency?

I have a list of the frequencies for the channels:

Nine Digital (Nine Network Australia) LCN: 9 Freq: 191.625
GO! (Nine Network Australia) LCN: 99 Freq: 191.625
Nine HD (Nine Network Australia) LCN: 90 Freq: 191.625
ONE HD (Ten) LCN: 1 Freq: 219.500
TEN Digital (Ten) LCN: 10 Freq: 219.500
ONE HD (Ten) LCN: 11 Freq: 219.500
ONE Digital LCN: 12 Freq: 219.500

If you enable the option to scan 166Khz offsets, does it find the channels?
