Retrieving recordings?

Well, I got impatient with my last problem (no TV Guide data showing in TV Guide). So, I deleted GBPVR completely and reinstalled it from scratch. TV Guide is working now.
BUT, I have a handful of recorded TV shows from before I had trouble, and they do not show in GBPVR's list of recordings. Is there some way of manually adding them (or something) so I can access them from the GBPVR menu?
Thanks

the simple way is to use the Video Library to view previous recording.

there is a utility called vidimport that can add these recordings to the database if you don't want to watch them through the video library.

search for any recording-dump.xml.? files as they are backups of the recordings info..
if you find some, look inside to figure out which one has the most shows in it..
then open config -plugins tab, and import them back in...you can import them all, as it will overwrite duplicates..

then it should all show back in recordings screen..Smile

Thanks for the help. I used the vidimport method, and it worked like a charm!
