HI All

I've finally managed to decode (well at least partially) the IRtrans apps.cfg file and get it working with PVRX2.exe.

It means that I don't need HIP or Event Ghost or anything other than the IRTrans software installed.

Its setup for the MCE remote but based on my impementation I'm sure others can implement for other remotes.

I include it here for anyone to use.

Now if anyone can work out to do it more efficently then feel free to let me know
