Can I create FLV/SWF files from dvr-ms recordings

Can I create FLV/SWf files from dvr-ms files that I can play on Wii console? I suspect ffmpeg can do it but I can't find a simple example of the command line.

Plus, I can't find a simple example of the HTML I need to put in a web page to play the file.

Thanks to anyone who can point me at the info that I didn't find.

ffmpeg -i sourcefile -ar 22050 -ab 32 -f flv -s 320×240 video.flv

you can specifiy just about any settings that ffmpeg supports

Not all versions of ffmpeg support dvr-ms files. I did find this download.

The person did not compile the bthreads statically into ffmpeg so you need the dll file also.

This webpage talks about in-bedding flash videos in html, but you need some sort of player, but they mention a free one. I think they mean on the server side. Uploading to you tube would work automatically
