I have a Hauppauge 2250 and am trying to set it up so that I can watch my local channels in QAM HD. Here are a few shots of how I have it configured. Currently, I am able to watch/record 2 programs at the same time, but my locals are in analog instead of HD.

Recording is prioritized from top to down in your capture sources, Live TV is prioritized from bottom up. The 2250 can do 2 at a time of either, but you need to set the priorities in each case if you want QAM first. So you can try set up your capture sources (lots of duplicate sources but it works) like this:

Record QAM A device 1
Record QAM B device 2
Record/Live Analog device 1
Live/Record Analog device 2
Live QAM B device 2
Live QAM A device 1

Zip and post your logs showing an attempt to view an HD channel. And you should not need a channel changer executable for the digital side since it is not capturing from an STB.
