I recently changed mt tv tuner card to an ATI HD 650 pcie and reinstalled GBPVR 1.4.7. I am recording only digital channels. It records a show, and it looks great, but I cannot skip forward while playing back. I tried playing back in Media Player Classic and it just freezes. If I play it in XBMC it will either not skip and continue playing or it will cancel the playback. It also is reporting the length of the show as longer time than it actually is (mostly 23 hours long). I have tried using Full TS and TS Mux and get the same result. With my old tuner card I would get this when using Full TS, but it worked great with TS Mux.

I have attached my logs. I have only recorded 3 shows since I got this new card, and they have all had this problem.

Any help would be appreciated.

When it comes to digital recordings with 'TS Mux' you get a exact dump of what the broadcaster transmitted. There must be something about the channel's encoding if none of these players are playing it.

If you're able to supply a short recording that shows the problem, I'll take a look.

When this (corrupt timeline, can't skip, etc.) happens to me it's usually due to a slightly glitchy data stream; I'm guessing you're recording off an antenna (though I suppose it could just as likely happen on QAM). This is one of several reasons I gave up on TS Mux and went to DVR-MS. I find DVR-MS is far more tolerant of the sorts of stream glitches I get even with a strong antenna signal.
