it's probably my system...it's using vmr instead of selected evr, and only works with ffdshow decoder, even tho others i know should work don't..

I was waiting to do a complete new install of win 7 before testing but since we use it all the time there's not alot of time for that. So I went ahead and installed npvr in tandem on my current system. It definately responds better when surfing channels compared to GBPVR in timeshift mode. One of the big reasons my wife did not like timeshift mode. Haven't completed the testing yet but my wife's first impression was, "It looks prettier" so way to go sub.

On a side note, NPVR will let me use EVR as the video renderer but in GBPVR it gives me an error that it not available on this machine. Not a big deal as I will be upgrading to win 7 when NPVR is finished with beta testing.
