Edit: But now when I right-click and choose "Settings", I get an "Unhandled Exception Error". I have attached the text of the message and the NPVR log. Let me know if I should start a new topic on this.

System.TypeLoadException: Could not load type 'NUtility.SettingsPage' from assembly 'NUtility, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null'.

The exception you're getting is because (as you described on the last page) you applied some old version of NUtility.dll that was intended for 1.5.19, in effect breaking your 1.5.21 release.

Reinstalling 1.5.21 should fix it.

Yes, an uninstall, reboot and reinstall fixed it. Now I am looking forward to trying out NPVR.
