no tuners available via client

I'm starting to get a no tuners available message trying to watch via a pc client. Interestingly this only applies to ctrl+pfrom the guide, but not to 'live tv' from the main menu even though it should be effectively the same thing. Record, then play is also unaffected.

think i fixed it. one of the cards was showing as unable to start in device manager. reinstallled and seems ok now. I guess there's a difference between ctrlp and live tv regarding whether it picks a a tuner from the top or the bottom of the pile.
