This is what I did:
1) NPVR > Right-click > Open file and selected a .TS file. Picture appeared.
2) GraphStudio > File > Connect to a remote graph. Got a single choice.
3) NPVR > Right-click > Open file and selected a .TS file. No picture, but got sound.
4) GraphStudio > File > Connect to a remote graph. Got two choices.
3) NPVR > Right-click > Open file and selected a .TS file. No picture, but got sound.
4) GraphStudio > File > Connect to a remote graph. Got three choices.
...etc.

Interestingly, when no picture showed, GraphStudio showed that no Video Renderer was connected (nor did it even appear in the graph).
Was using the DivX h.264 codec.

Yep, what he said - post the logs.

You shouldnt be able to use the DivX H.264 decoder though. H.264 decoders are not really interchangeable, and you can typically only use the few an application is written to work with. The only H.264 decoders I'd recommend you use with NPVR are the ArcSoft decoder, Microsoft DTV-DVD decoder, and some versions of the Cyberlink decoder. The CoreAVC decoder also works, but has some issues.

The increasing number of graphs available with 'remote connect' is normal - NPVR does not deregister the graph from the RunningObjectTable after use.
