When I first switched to NPVR and adopted the off-air EPG I was getting about 5 days of programs. Recently the EPG has appeared empty a couple of times. This happened today so I forced an EPG update and now I have some info but it's patchy with BBC1 only showing about 6 hrs of programs and BBC2 showing some today followed by several hours blank then some programs tomorrow. I'm assuming this is a problem at source but wonder if anyone else is experiencing it?

EDIT: Just spotted this thread so apologies for duplication. http://forums.gbpvr.com//showthread.php?...G-Problems
FYI I'm on Sutton Coldfield

I see you appear to be having similar problems to me - I have found that watching BBC1 ITV1 ITV3 Sky3 and Dave (1 Channel on each mux I think) for about 3 minutes each causes all 7 days programs to reappear. But by then scheduled recordings get broken. There should be an option to increase the scan time in the next release which hopefully wil fix it.

The DVB spec does say the broadcaster should send all EPG entries in one minute, so I wouldnt think you should need to increase it.

I did the live TV bit a couple of days ago (but for only a few seconds each) and it still looks OK. Don't know if the recent period of poor weather may have caused a poor signal at the time of updating. I'll see how it goes. Thanks for comment Sub
