Once I was able to connect to a stream link I was able to uncover the root cause of my problem. Apparently PlayOn will not work if you are RDP'd (Remote Desktop) into the server........the streams I was trying had a PlayOn static message of Disconnect all RDP sessions. Do not close the session you must log off.

However, once you are logged off PlayOn is still hosed. The only way I could get it to work was to reboot the server and not log on remotely at all....then PlayOn worked fine. As soon as I log on via Remote Desktop PlayOn is done until next reboot.

It looks like Syabas is trying another set of changes for PlayOn http://www.networkedmediatank.com/showth...#pid425666 I'm glad they haven't give up on the 100 series yet.
