I had this before, and it's been gone for a while.

I was showing someone how gbpvr is recording while you watch live, and I found two days worth of live tv files that haven't been deleted.

As soon as I restarted gbpvr, it cleaned them up immediately. But, it's already started storing them again.

Any ideas on where or how to fix this one?

Btw, an idea: being able to choose to save that file. You may watch a whole show, and say, "I should keep that". Since you technically recorded it, it would be nice to be able to go back out to guide and choose "preserve".

while watching it, press the "record" but (ctrl-k) (i think its k) and it will save the file (in the live tv buffer dir thou, not recordings, but will show up in "recordings&quotWink.

Send you logs over, it may contain some clues what is happening. It deletes in time order, and will stop if it cant delete a file. This is usually because you've paused, and the file is still in use. COuld anything be using one of these files?

If you're watching a show in timeshift mode, you can just press the record button to tell GB-PVR to keep the file.

Just sent them off. Thx

Btw, thx for the saving tip. I thought it would just record from that point forward, and not retain the whole recording run.
