Has anyone successfully installed this KWorld tuner ???
(Dual Hybrid tuners)

I am running win 2000 and have installed .NET framework 2.0 and also MDAC 2.8
I have installed BDA drivers and have modified the BDA.INI file with info gathered from GraphEdit program but still not seeing tuner.

Any ideas or suggestions would be welcome

The digital side of this device should work if the bda.ini if you've entered the correct details. Can you post the bda.ini entry you created, and also run FilterCheck then attach the resulting FilterCheck.log: http://forums.gbpvr.com/showpost.php?p=1...ostcount=6

The analog side of this device wont work.

I Have successfully installed this card, the following is my entry to the bda.ini file:

[KWorld PE310 pcie device0]
TUNING_TYPE=DVB-T
FILTER_TUNER=7162 BDA DVBT Tuner0
FILTER_CAPTURE=7162 BDA Digital Capture0
PIN_TUNER_IN=Input0
PIN_TUNER_OUT=MPEG2 Transport
PIN_CAPTURE_IN=MPEG2 Transport
PIN_CAPTURE_OUT=MPEG2 Transport

[KWorld PE310 pcie device1]
TUNING_TYPE=DVB-T
FILTER_TUNER=7162 BDA DVBT Tuner1
FILTER_CAPTURE=7162 BDA Digital Capture1
PIN_TUNER_IN=Input0
PIN_TUNER_OUT=MPEG2 Transport
PIN_CAPTURE_IN=MPEG2 Transport
PIN_CAPTURE_OUT=MPEG2 Transport

I had a few problems getting gbpvr to recognise two channels. The frequency the card wanted me to use was different from the frequency stated in my previously used cache files. I used KWorlds hypermedia application to give me this information. Sounds highly suspicious to me.

My system comprises Intel 6750 processor, 2gb 800 ram, GA-P35-S3 motherboard and ASUS en8500gt graphics card.

I have another box which gave me a few insurmountable problems with installation of this card but now I understand it better I will be trying again.
