Encrypted QAM channels

Keeping it simple, a few months ago, Comcast switched things some so that some of the basic channels are now encrypted. So I'm looking for something that will decode the encrypted channels (legally) without the need for special equipment from the company. I'm aware of 'cablecards' which the cable company would then authorize (activate, whatever) so that it can properly decode the stations, I'm just at a loss for what PC cards can do it. I'm also wondering about TV's that can do this as well.

The ATI OCUR tuner, The Ceton InfiniTV and the forthcoming Silicondust HDHomeRun Prime are needed for those channels. You will need to use Media Center to record them though. If the programs are marked "Copy Freely", GB-PVR/NextPVR will be able to play them, otherwise you will need to play them with Media Center.

You could also use the Hauppauge HD-PVR with a cable box to use GB-PVR/NextPVR to record and playback.
