Picture freeze in live tv

Hello.

I bought Leadtek WinFast DTV 1800 H on Win XP platform and my picture freezes, or to be more precist lose frames.
Also, how can I start teletext?
Can you please help me with some advice?

Tell us more about your configuration - CPU, video card, etc. What video decoder are you using? Which renderer?

Here it is:

CPU - AMD 4800+
RAM - 2 gb
nvidia 8600GT

I tried ArcSoft Video Decoder & CybeLlink video/sp decoder (pdvd10) & (pdvd09) for MPEG 2 and CiberLink H.264/AVC Decoder forMPEG4.
Render - VMR9 Custom.
