Getting ready to switch, have a question.

I currently have GBPVR set up with 3 capture cards a 2250 and 2 1600's. I am on comcast cable and use the 2250 and 1 of the 1600's to capture channels that are on clear qam. I use the analog side of the second 1600 (clear qam is poor on this card) to capture shows that are not in the clear from my cable box. I do this by setting up a manual recording on channel 3 and have channel 3 disabled on my other cards. Can I accomplish a similar setup with NPVR?
