PCH crashing

@roy and @BrettB, have things stabilized with this latest mvpmcx2 and the change from sub? I want to update mvpmc.org but I don't want to do this if there is something else. I think you can safely re-enable comskip at the end-of-file too if you have turned it off, and it will be Watched with no Resume.

And I never disabled comskip at the end-of-file, so I can confidently say that it works well and resume point is being set correctly. However, just a few minutes ago I had my first real problem with 2.0.3. I posted about it at BrettB Wrote:Recording-length-changing-for-previously-recorded-show. - Brett
