Catch up to live TV option (was Ctrl-O in GBPVR)

GB-PVR had a great feature to catch up to live TV when timeshifting (i.e. after pausing and then resuming TV, you could use Ctrl-O to catch up to the live broadcast).

Could this be brought back into nPVR?

Ooh, yes, I've been meaning to ask for that. In fact what I really wish you could do in LiveTV, after timeshifting, is go back to the original mode where you're watching the live feed via shared memory instead of reading the buffered stream off the disk. I'd like to be back to as-live-as-possible rather than several seconds behind (which is about as close as you can get with forward skips). Currently I just exit out of Live TV and go back in again, but that of course course dumps the timeshift buffer altogether.

Actually I don't care so much about a single button like Ctrl-O to go back to live, I'd just like it to shift back to the live mode when I press enough skips to catch up... and it would be double bonus if it would briefly show a little {LIVE} indicator when it shifts back to live... that way you know there's no point in pressing skip any more.

Add me to this list especially if you can bring back any sort of LiveTV navigation on the NMT. Even going back a minute to watch or hear something I missed would be an improvement.

in addition to this, if you're watching a program as it's recording, it would be nice to have as an option to view it from the memory buffer as well (while still recording it), rather than off the disk. (might be slightly more complicated than dumping the timeshift file)
