What video capture settings do I choose for my card. I'm using a Sony Vaio VGN-A190. The only info sony would tell me about my card is that they call is a gigapocket card version 4.4 I would really like to get this to work so I dont have to use their CRAPPY gigapocket software. thanks

That's a shame. Will it ever work so that the "vaio people" can get rid of this stupid giga-pocket?
Could you please suggest somenthing else that may work for us?

To be honest, probably not. It lacks the required hardware MPEG2 encoder.
