There is a problem with Radeon drivers though. Non standard h264 rips will cause artifacts with DXVA2 under windows 7.
I don't know the exact reason why, something with the way it's encoded.
I had to re-encode some of my .TS recordings I converted to h264 because of it.
I got fed up with trying to fix it & just went with the cheap 8400 nividia.
