fse prevents settings screen appearing

I noticed that with VMR9 FSE selected, the settings screen can't be accessed with a right click. The reason is kind of obvious, and of course the config file can be edited manually to get out of FSE, but it's not very noob friendly if there's a fix that can be applied any other way.

lol - good point. I obviously dont use VMR9 FSE mode.

To be honest, I'm not really sure what I could do with that one.

Someone just needs to write a settings plugin.

Mine still comes up with the mouse right click anyway.
